Infrastructure Commitment
SWN Network will provide the infrastructure include computer desk ( 29.5”X18”X 29”) inches dimension for students conducting online examination with comfortable chair ,this whole infrastructure include toilets for girls and boys separately ,water coolers and AC environment and proper lighting (12 W) with ample space for parents and guardians for sitting ,signs and fire extinguishers for emergency ,we also Provide 60 KV genset for electricity failures and include online UPS for desktops, Our lab will be equipped with HD Cameras which include 2 hrs recording or as per resonance terms and condition .
Manpower Commitment
We will provide the lab manager (BE Qualification) for technical handling of the lab and remotely this lab will be handle by EX-IBM and CISCO qualified team from Bangalore and We also provide the invigilators (1:100 Student) during examination. All our Invigilators are qualified teachers or engineers for better handling of students during examination or as per resonance terms.
Venue Commitment
Silverwire will give commitment to provide the same venue for all year at all examination and if any change in the venue we will provide the notice of 3 month, for academy year 2018-19 we will finalised the following address: 1-H-10, Computer Zone, Road No-5, Near City mall, Kota (Raj) 324005.
Exclusivity of Pre-Occupying seats
Silverwire networks is bound to provide the Seats if it is pre-booked for whole year exclusive to resonance Kota. During any other government, Examination, SWN will not commit any seats to any other organization /Government bodies or institute. This exclusivity will be breach only if Government judiciary make any rule and use our infrastructure for any Government purpose.
Networking commitment
Silverwire provided the proper networking which includes Switches and Cabling and racks all over the Lab providing better connectivity with server and internet (if needed), We also provided the D-linK CAT-6 Cables connectivity and CISCO manageable Switches for better networking and avoid hassle free networking operation
System and Server Commitment
Silverwire provided the i3 ,2 nd Gen ,4GB ,160 GB HDD DELL or HP Desktop (New) and Mouse with key boards for online examination, we also provide the servers for implementation of software to all desktop, Our Servers has latest technology hardware include i5,2 nd gen with 4 GB RAM and 500 GB HDD, if needed we can also provide the rack server to better handling of data during the examination or as per resonance terms. System Compatibility Check list Before start of the exam, we ensures Computer system being us ed are compatible for conducting assessments.
